1. Information and Contact
If you have any questions about your order, a product, or need assistance before making a purchase, you can contact us by email at info@gtcarstyling.es. We will respond as soon as possible.
2. Prices
All prices displayed in our online store are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in prices, product information, or promotions.
3. Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided. We recommend checking that all order details are correct.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order in case of suspected fraud, obvious errors in order data, or inability to supply the product.
4. Payment
We offer secure payment methods. Available options such as card, Klarna, or other payment methods will be displayed during the purchase process.
Payment is processed according to the terms of the selected payment provider.
5. Shipping and Delivery
The usual delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the product, availability, and destination.
Orders are processed as soon as possible. When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the customer by email.
In case of significant delays or problems related to the order, we will contact the customer.
6. Shipping Costs
GT Carstyling offers free shipping on orders delivered within Spain, unless otherwise indicated during the purchase process.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable distance selling regulations, consumers generally have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform us of their decision within the established period.
The product must be returned in suitable condition and, if possible, with its original packaging and corresponding accessories.
8. Returns
Unless otherwise stated or if it is a defective or incorrect product, the customer will be responsible for the direct costs of return.
Once the withdrawal has been communicated, the return must be made within the corresponding legal period.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or different product than ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gtcarstyling.es, including a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs.
We will handle the incident in accordance with the rights and guarantees established by applicable legislation.
10. Product Information and Compatibility
The customer must check the specifications, measurements, and compatibility of the product with their vehicle before making a purchase.
When a product is intended only for certain models, versions, or manufacturing years, this information will be indicated in the product description whenever possible.
The installation or handling of a product may affect the possibility of return when it has caused a depreciation of the product, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights.
11. Liability
GT Carstyling will not be liable for damages resulting from incorrect installation, modification, or use of the product contrary to the corresponding instructions, except in cases where liability cannot be legally excluded.
Nothing in these conditions limits the mandatory rights that correspond to the consumer under applicable legislation.

Our customers' personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
