You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gtcarstyling.es and provide your order number.

The product must be returned in suitable condition, preferably in its original packaging and with all its accessories.

The customer will be responsible for the direct costs of return, unless the product is defective, incorrect, or explicitly stated otherwise.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of its status.

When a refund is due, it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain legally excluded products, such as customized products or those manufactured specifically according to customer specifications.

If a product has been used, handled, or installed beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the customer may be liable for the diminished value, in accordance with applicable law.
